Secure Ordering & Payment Options

Types of payment accepted: Cash, PayPal, Credit Cards, or Square. Once payment is made a receipt of payment will be emailed or texted to buyer, whichever they prefer. A paper receipt will be provided and shipped with purchases.

Returns & Exchanges

I believe in customer satisfaction. If you have any issues or concerns please contact me. I reply to emails promptly. I reserve the right to extend processing time when necessary. In such cases, I will notify you of the processing delays. Please let me know of any allergies you may have based on the materials I use. I warrant all products I make for 30 days. This warranty does not include damages caused by accident, wrong size order, damages due to using while showering swimming, working out, wear and tear, or any issues resulting from the wearer's fault.

**Please measure yourself correctly before ordering waist beads.**

Due to hygiene and nature of our products there are no refunds available once the product has shipped. Any losses or damages will be replaced, unless other arrangements are made between buyer and seller. I am always happy to resolve issues that may arise! Customer satisfaction is what I aim for!

Goddess On The Rise will occasionally send you emails such as newsletters, sales, coupons, announcements, etc, to our subscribers and customers. You are free to opt out of receiving such emails, although by doing so you agree to no longer be notified of new products, sales, or coupons that may come available.
